Dragon Ball Z Shin Budokai 2 is a game which was released for the PSP console.
It is part of the Budokai series and so it is a 2,5D fighting game with fully 3D characters, a 2D playstyle and where cancels mechanics are important part of the gameplay.

The game modes of Shin Budokai 2

- The Story Mode (Here, the player will have to help Trunks stop Dabura and Babid from resurrecting Majin Buu).
- An endurance mode which consists to fight the others characters one after the others.
- A Z trial mode which itself contains 4 game modes : A survival mode, 2 timed missions and a challenge mode.
- An online mode so players can do duel mode against others players of SB2 online.
- A training mode.
