Fusions and absorptions in Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Theses are the fusions and absorptions included by default in the game.
For the What-if fusions created by BT3 modders, you can see them here.

The fusions which are included in DBZ Tenkaichi 3

Vegeto is the fusion of Goku and Vegeta with the potaras.
In Tenkaichi 3, he exists in base form and in super saiyan.
It is possible for Goku and Vegeta to become Vegeto during the fights in Team battles and it is also possible to start a fight with Vegito in base form or in Super Saiyan (and so Vegito is also playable in 1vs1 fights).

Gogita is the fusion of Goku and Vegeta with the metamoru dance.
In Tenkaichi 3, Gogita exists in two versions : Super Saiyan Gogita and Super Saiyan 4.
To use the metamoru dance during the fights, both Goku and Vegeta must be in their base form.
Also, super Saiyan Gogita will have an angel halo above his head if you put the halo potara in his inventory.

Gotenks is the fusion of Songoten and Kid Trunks with the metamorou dance.
This character has three forms in the game : Base form, Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 3.
Unlike Goku and Vegeta, Kid Trunks and Songoten can do the metamoru dance when they are both transformed in Super Saiyans.

Note : With the Tenkaichi 3 fusion system, it is more advantageous to do the fusions during the fights because the merged character (here Vegito) will then combines the stats and lifebars of both characters (here Goku and Vegeta) who used the fusion (here Vegito), making him way more powerful than if you directly start a match with him.

The Fusions and absorptions which Tenkaichi 3 considers as transformations or base forms

Fusions which the game considers as transformations can be achieved in 1vs1 fights, unlike the classic fusions listed above.

Imperfect Cell can becomes Semi-Perfect Cell and Perfect Cell during one on one fights by leaving (the fight) for a few seconds, go absorb either Android 17 or Android 18 and come back to finish the fight in his new form.

So basically, in Tenkaichi 3, this is just a normal transformation with a customized animation where both #17 and #18 appear.

In Tenkaichi 3, Kaiobito is just a normal transformation for Supreme Kai and unlike the Cell's transformation, Supreme Kaio uses the basic transformation animation (= he powers up) to become Kaiobito.

Majuub is the fusion of Uub and Majin Buu.
It is a fusion by a way of absorption but in Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, it is just a normal transformation for Uub and the animation used is a basic one : Uub powers up to become Majuub.

In Tenkaichi 3, Super Buu just transforms into Buutenks and Buuhan with a slightly customized animations where gum is seen coming back to his body (so Gotenks and Mystic Gohan aren't seen in his transformation's animation).

In DBZ Tenkaichi 3, only C-13 is in the game so his fusion with Androids 14 and 15 is just a normal transformation with a custom animation showing him integrate the two other Androids parts.
C-14 and C-15 aren't seen during the animation.

In the game, only the small round Pilaf robot is playable but the others Pilaf robots are shown during the custom transformation animation where he becomes the "ultimate" Pilaf Robot composed of 3 robots.

The fusions considered as base form characters in DBZ Tenkaichi 3

In Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Super C-17 is considered as a normal character while in Dragon Ball GT, he is born from the fusion of the normal Android 17 and the Androids 17 from Hell.
